The Hennessy SuperShelter is most comfortable when used off the ground as a hammock shelter or folded into a chair / lounger for relaxing around camp. When there are no trees or other supports, it is superior to a bivy sack when used as a tent on the ground.

You'll never need to find a level camp site again. No more roots, rocks and puddles coming through the floor of your tent. No more aching muscles and stiff joints from sleeping on the hard ground and no more carrying a heavy tent.

Accessories

Snake Skins are tapering silicon impregnated nylon sleeves which sit gathered on the ropes at each end of the hammock for amazingly quick set up and take down. Weight per pair: 25gm.

The Hex Fly is for those times when an oversized rainfly is needed, mostly for working and cooking in camp during rainy weather. A double-wide, 10' x 12' (3m x 3.6m) PU-coated polyester tarp with 6 tie-out points for maximum flexibility in positioning. This fly is carefully detailed with factory seam sealing and pockets for stowing tie out cords. Because of the innovative hexagonal shape, the "Hex Fly" can be used with any hammock model. The hex fly can be pulled down all the way to the ground around the hammock for protection during storms or spread out to provide a 10.8m² sunshade. It can also be pitched between two hammocks to provide a work or cooking marquee. Approx. 700g.
