JIFF-S - Jiff "V" SHARP

The #1 selling Smith Jiff "V" SHARP features a specially designed "V" shaped cutting head with two crossed carbide blades. This allows you to put a quick edge on your knife or tool every time with just three or four strokes. It is safe and easy to use, and the cutting heads are easily replaceable.

Now available with scissor sharpening blades incorporated into the handle, you can sharpen a pair of left or right-handed scissors with just a few strokes.

TRI6 - Tri-hone

Featuring a 6" Medium Arkansas, a 6" Fine Arkansas, and a 6" Coarse Synthetic Stone mounted on a moulded plastic triangle with handles on the end for easy stone rotation, the Tri-hone is also an excellent seller from the Smiths range. The sturdy, moulded plastic base has non-skid rubber feet for safety, a "V" trough to catch the oil drippings, easy-to-read stone identification, and it is easy to clean. This MEDIUM (Soft) Arkansas stone is the best general purpose sharpener of all the natural Arkansas stones. This stone removes modest amounts of metal as it polishes the cutting edge. Always use honing oil or water as a lubricant while sharpening. The 4" stone comes with a fabric storage pouch which features a fold-over flap and belt loop.

This one product allows you to easily sharpen extremely dull bades, maintain razor sharp edges on both straight and serrated blades & sharpen common household scissors.

The Diamond Edge Pro will sharpen straight edge knives of alloy, carbon, or stainless steel in the electric sharpening slot. It is designed to sharpen your finest cutlery and other common kitchen knives. Do Not attempt to sharpen any blade that does not fit freely into the electric sharpening slot.

The sharpening wheels on your Smith’s Electric/Manual Knife Sharpener are made from bonded synthetics. The synthetics used are selected for their ability to guarantee longer wheel life, uniform cutting, and minimum heat build up, so that de-tempering of your blade does not occur. Our wheels are manufactured according to strict tolerances in order to ensure the same high quality on each and every wheel that we make.

The crossed ceramic rods put the final finished edge on your blade. This diamond sharpening steel features a unique sharpening surface with an over-lapping oval-hole design. It is coated with MULTIPLE LAYERS of micron-sized Monocrystalline diamonds. This innovation helps speed the sharpening process by collecting and holding the metal filings; which ordinarily build up during the sharpening process. Smith’s New Advanced Formula Honing Solution is a specially formulated non-petroleum based sharpening fluid with built-in cleaning agents along with rust / corrosion inhibitors. These special properties help keep your stone cleaner. They also assist in preventing oxidation and rusting of any steel particles that are left on your stone. Since Smith’s Honing Solution is a non-petroleum based product it can be used on both your Natural Arkansas Stones as well as your Diamond sharpeners.
